Tom Benson Isn't Punished?

So who remembers our dear friend Kenny Rogers and his antics earlier this year with a camera man? The Rangers picther gets suspended for 20 games later trimmed down, but does get reprimanded for his attack on someone taking pictures. Benson shows his burly A@$ on tape with a camera man and doesn't get a thing. I understand the NFL can't penalize Mr. Benson from game time, but why didn't they hit him where it hurts???THE WALLET!
