Mets Spending Spree Continues

Holy cow! Omar Minoya and the Mets are on a roll. The most recent acquisition is solid closer Billy Wagner. Wagner agreed to a four year 43 million dollar contract today. Wagner saved 38 games for the Phillies this last year, but Philly didn't want to commit to Wagner past three years. Is a new catcher next for the Mets or is it going to be Manny? Stay tuned.
