NFL Backtracking?

It seems there is a difference of opinion on discussions between the league and Mike Holmgen after the game against the Giants and Seahawks. Holmgren states the league apologizes for botching calls and league officials seem to have amnesia. I can tell you I watched the game and the Shockey and Toomer touchdown catches should have both been called back.
