UNC Tarheels Snubbed

For the first time since the '88-'89 NCAA basketball season, the defending national champion has been left off of the college basketball AP Pre-season Top 25. While UNC was left off the list, their most hated rival, DOOK, was #1 in a land slide. It's wild how fast the tables turn on Tobacco Road (NBA contracts can do that to a team). Looking into the college basketball crystal ball, I asked it would UNC be back soon? It answered a resounding "Mos Def!" The UNC Tarheels will return to glory next season, as they have landed one of the most decorated recruiting classes in the history of college basketball (#1 PG, #1 SG, #1 PF, #3 C). With all this chatter about Tobacco Road basketball dominance, why hasn't the nation heard from the Wolfpack since Jimmy V's glory days??
