Kurth Busch Tipsy?

Kurt Busch was pulled over Friday evening less than two miles from Phoenix International Speedway home of the Nascar race this weekend. He was clocked at 60 in a 45 mph zone and then once the officer began talking with Busch he smelled alcohol. Busch refused to take a field sobriety test and was very uncooperative, but did take a field breath test that did show alcohol. The cops then took Busch for another alcohol test at a sheriff's facility at the raceway, but the machine was not working. Ultimately Busch received wreckless driving and nothing more. My thoughts are Busch got lucky and should chill on partaking in the beverage offered by his sponsor next year. Busch is set to take over the Miller Lite car next year due to the retirement of Rusty Wallace. Kurt Busch
